Use the PDF’s original fields when they are available. The field list supports text, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns and multiple-choice lists. Click a highlighted field in the preview to find its control. Long answers are measured against the field dimensions; answers that cannot fit at a readable size need to be shortened.
A practical workspace for flat forms
Add typed answers, initials, dates, checkmarks and crosses to scanned forms. Upload an existing signature image or draw one using a mouse or touch. Select an added item to change its content or position. Your original PDF stays unchanged.
Choose the right output
An editable PDF retains its interactive fields. A flattened PDF makes the completed fields static while preserving other page content. The exported form data is checked after saving, but you should still review every page and any receiving organisation’s requirements. Drawn signatures are visual marks, not digital certificates.
Frequently asked questions
Can I fill both interactive and scanned forms?
Yes. Edit the native fields in standard AcroForms, or place text, dates, checkmarks, crosses and images on a flat or scanned page. The tool does not automatically detect blank fields in a scan.
Will the downloaded PDF keep my answers?
The export is reopened and its editable field values are checked against your entries. Review the page preview too: logical field values and their visible appearances are different parts of a PDF.
Can I edit or move an added item?
Yes. Switch to Select, choose the item on the page or in the item list, then change its text, colour, size or percentage position. Undo, redo and duplicate are available.
Can I save my work and continue later?
Download a draft JSON and keep the exact original PDF. The draft restores field values and added page items only when its original-file fingerprint matches. It contains personal information and signature images, so store it privately.
Which languages are supported?
The bundled font supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text. Arabic, Malayalam and other scripts needing complex shaping are not supported in editable text in this release. Unsupported characters are rejected instead of silently disappearing. A prepared image can be placed without changing its appearance.
Are my PDF and signature uploaded?
No. The form and signature are processed in browser memory. Closing or refreshing the page clears unsaved work. Download your PDF or draft before leaving.
Does a drawn signature create a digital certificate?
No. It adds a visual signature image. This tool does not create certificate-based digital signatures or verify the legal acceptance of a signature.
Which PDFs cannot be edited here?
Encrypted PDFs, XFA forms, digitally signed or certified documents and ambiguous or disconnected fields are rejected. PDF scripts, calculations and authority-specific validations are not executed. Limits are 40 MB, 80 pages, 600 fields and 100 added items.
