Image PDF versus searchable PDF
This tool creates PDF pages from images. It does not perform optical character recognition (OCR), so text visible inside a scanned photo remains part of the image rather than becoming selectable document text.
Preparing images before conversion
For a cleaner document, crop unwanted edges, rotate photos correctly and resize extremely large camera images before building the PDF. You can use Crop Image, Resize Image and Image Compressor first.
